Design My Garden (4 weeks – 3 hours a week)
A basic course that allows you to quickly understand the basics in 4 weeks. At the end of the course you will understand how you wish your achieve your dream garden and have the skills to develop the garden over time or engage a contractor to help you achieve your vision. Introduction to Landscape Design (6 weeks – 2-3 hours week)
Allows you to get a taste of landscape design and whether you wish to enrol in a more advanced class such as Certification in Landscape Design or the Diploma in Landscape Design or enrol at your local university in a landscape architecture course. Learn more about Introduction to Landscape Design.
Certificate in Landscape Design (18 weeks – 3-5 hours week)
A course that understand the history and styles of landscape design and give you the skills to develop a basic concept design, select paving, develop a planting palette & plan, design a simple lighting plan, engage a contractor. Diploma in Landscape Design (36 weeks – 4-6 hours week)
An advanced course that gives you the historical knowledge of landscape design and gives you the skills to develop concept plans, paving plans, planting plan, technical sections, and the ability to select furniture, lighting and engage contractors to construct projects for your clients. Advanced Landscape Technology (12 weeks 4 hours week)
Landscape technology is an integral part of landscape design and is changing.
Introduction to Water Sustainable Design (4 weeks – 4 hours)
Water is a valuable resource that is often wasted in gardens and cities. This course gives the basic introduction to Water Sustainable Design (WSD or SUDS) giving the basic principles, techniques and technologies involved in using water more efficiently.

FORMAT
Our courses are pdf documents with further online based learning. We provide information to allow you to understand the basics of each area and then progress to more in-detail analysis.
ASSESSMENT
Each course requires a different level has assessment to ensure that you meet the standard we require.
EQUIPMENT
We require that your have an basic PC(desktop or notebook) or Mac that is less than 3 years old. For beginner courses you can use basic free CAD software, however for the Certificate and Diploma we require you to purchase AutoCAD LT as this is the industry standard.
